Welcome to New York City!

Two units (1A & 1B) are on the ground floor and share a back garden; apartment 2B is one flight up, while apartment 3B is two flights up.

Our spacious, non-smoking apartments — each with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom — less than a block's walk to local amenities such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. This location is an oasis of quiet in a sleek, safe, bohemian area of Manhattan. Local shopping on 125th Street includes big brand name shops such as Old Navy, Marshalls, and more. Local sights include the Apollo Theater, and Bill Clinton's Offices.

On your first night we leave chilled bottled water in the fridge.  There will also be milk in the refrigerator when you arrive should you need to make tea/coffee. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and hair conditioner, and towels, etc.

The two ground floor apartments (1A & 1B) each have:

• Two (2) bedrooms (Dimensions: 11 ft. x 11 ft., and 10 ft. x 7.5 ft.)
• Living room / Dining Room (24 ft. x 8.5 ft.)
• Bathroom (7 ft. x 5 ft.)
• Total Length of Apartments (front to rear), 65 ft.
• Air Conditioning. Television in each bedroom and living room. Phone for local use
• Shared access to a back garden

The sleeping accommodations for apartments 2B and 3B each include:

• One queen size main bedroom
• One bedroom with a full size bed
• A living room with a pullout sofa bed

Other Details and Fees:

• The apartments are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in the back garden.
• Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the apartments.
• Rental Fees:
  • Minimum Stay: 2 nights for $600 ($300 per night)
  • $2,150 for a one week stay, plus $300 for each additional day.
  • Monthly fee: $6,000.
• 10% Booking Deposit by PayPal.  Please confirm dates and fees with us first.
