The rear room opens to a private back yard which is ideal for smokers, as the apt is a no smoking area. The rooms have a phone for local use, but with the use of a phone card you can make international calls. The apt is very quiet, and the bedrooms are to the rear of the building, the toilet is in between both bedrooms. The living room is at the front and has a pull out bed sofa which can sleep two people. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, fridge, cooker, stove, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, etc.
