as the apt is a no smoking area.

you can make international calls.
- The apt is very quiet, and the bedrooms are to the rear of the building,
the toilet is in between both bedrooms.
- The living room is at the front and has a pull out bed sofa which can
sleep two people.
- The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, fridge, cooker, stove,
toaster, kettle, pots, pans, etc.
